At ChatbotsMarket, we provide digital chatbot services, integrations, and setup solutions. As our products are intangible digital goods and services, this policy outlines when refunds are applicable. By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms below.

1. Digital Services Are Non-Returnable

Since our products are digital services and software configurations, they cannot be “returned” once delivered or activated. After purchase and delivery, all sales are considered final.

2. Refund Eligibility

We may issue a refund under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate Payment: If you were charged more than once for the same order.

  • Non-Delivery of Service: If you did not receive your purchased service due to a system error or failure on our part.

  • Service Not as Described: If the delivered chatbot/service differs significantly from the description provided on our website (subject to review).

  • Technical Issues: If we are unable to complete the setup or integration due to technical limitations on our side.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted if:

  • The service was delivered successfully as described.

  • You changed your mind after purchase.

  • You do not have the required technical environment (e.g., hosting, API keys, or CRM access) needed to run the chatbot.

  • You misused, altered, or disabled the chatbot/service after delivery.

  • Delays or issues caused by third-party platforms (WhatsApp, Messenger, Slack, CRMs, etc.) outside our control.

4. Subscription & Renewal Refunds

  • Subscriptions (monthly or yearly) are non-refundable once the billing cycle starts.

  • To avoid renewal charges, please cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

5. How to Request a Refund

6. Chargebacks

Filing an unauthorized chargeback without contacting us first may result in termination of your account and suspension from future services. We encourage you to reach out to our support team before escalating disputes.
